DEI - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are sometimes coupled with an emphasis on Accessibility and Belonging. One common misperception with this acronym is that equality is the same as equity. 

One Us believes that mistakes can bring people closer together. We provide guidance on turning a bias incident into an opportunity for education and positive actions. We have experts in communications, conflict management and restorative practices. 

One Us Consulting provides introductory services that can meet the needs of your organization while staying in-budget. Packages can range from a survey, to one-on-one coaching, to simply reviewing content such as a website or brochure. 

One Us Consulting works with you to understand where the gaps are and we provide options for how to fill them. One Us Consulting can act as your DEI team or work with your organization to hire the right person for the DEI officer position. If your organization has a DEI team, we increase capacity, assist with data-driven decisions, and/or act as an external evaluator.

DEI can be described as a wellness practice, a communications skill, an employee engagement tool, and an opportunity for team-building. If your workplace has established a set of values, DEI is also a great way to bring a set of values to life.
